These coached sessions are available to any Catalyst member with a CrossFit membership (they’re not Open Gym time.)
Sessions will be 1-2 hours long. Think of them as “training windows”, each with a specific focus.
Our focal points:
P – Power (weightlifting, plyometrics and assistance exercises)
S – Speed (sprinting, agility, resisted running)
C – Conditioning (high-intensity mixed-modal interval training, using functional movements)
E – Endurance (longer-duration, low-to-medium intensity aerobic work)
R – Resilience (BrainWODs, yoga, mental toughness.)
A coach will circulate during the class to assist with technique and workout progressions. The coach will lead a group warmup at the start of the class time, but latecomers can warm up on their own afterward.  Class times will end precisely on schedule, regardless of completion (in other words, you can show up late, but you can’t stay late.)
CrossFit groups will continue on their current schedule at White Oak.
YOU MUST REGISTER FOR DOWNTOWN CLASSES IN ADVANCE. Just click “sign in” on the calendar below at least 12 hours before the class time. It’s important for coaches to know who’s coming to class. You won’t be admitted without pre-registration, period.
Tentative schedule:

Note: athletes in our Power Athlete Program will start on this schedule in May.

Hi – I’m wondering if any of your new class times (or old ones for that matter) start at 4pm, 5pm or 6pm?
    Thanks,
    Barb
