This year, we’re adding a ton of new technology and partnering with Hockey Up North to deliver the best combination of professional coaching and skill work in Northern Ontario!

SPEED CAMPS

Details:

18 sessions over six weeks with a flexible schedule (appointments)

30 minutes of skill work, 30 minutes of conditioning at each session

Advanced training with new technology from HockeyUpNorth, accelerometers, HR monitors and radar

Workouts created by professional Catalyst coaches and led by Micky Sartoretto, coach and former OHL player (great with kids!)

Appointments are 3x/week (you book the times in advance.) Call with your group of 6 kids. If you don’t have 6 kids, no problem: we’ll put you on a waiting list and group them up. It will probably be easier to schedule if you have 6 kids, though.

Rate: $210/athlete for 18 sessions over 6 weeks. 6 athletes per group.

Power Athlete Program

Step 1: Assessment

Athletes’ needs are assessed in a free consultation, then tested using our customized Catalyst Testing process.

From there, a training schedule is derived. Athletes will have several options for attending coached sessions.

Step 2: Coached sessions

Each week, athletes attend their prescribed number of sessions. They’re coached on form, technique and intensity according to age and ability level. Several coaching windows exist each day, and workouts are customized to each athlete.

Example:
After assessment, a Midget-aged player is assigned three Power sessions and one Speed session per week through June. He can attend one of several daily coaching slots to do his prescribed workout (Downtown location.) In July, he shifts to two Power workouts and two Speed workouts; in August, he cuts back to one Power workout and one Speed workout as necessary. Through the season, he maintains his strength and power with two Power workouts and one Resilience session each week.
