Fall 2016 Schedule

We’re really excited by the new friendly faces in the Catalyst Family!
To make scheduling easier and provide the best individual coaching experience possible, we’re introducing some new CrossFit classes, “focus groups” and nutrition accountability starting September 1! The “MissFit Challenge” will launch for new CrossFitters (women only) on September 26 too.
First, we’ll add 5 new CrossFit Groups every week. Starting September 1 (weekdays):
(notice: the 7pm group is now split into 6:30 and 7:30. Pick the one that works best for you!)
Focus Groups:
Over the last 11 years, we’ve offered specialty programs like Barbell Bettys, Westside Barbell, and Olympic Weightlifting. We teach these skills in every CrossFit class, of course, but those with a special interest (or just wanting to jump over a plateau) frequently seek extra help in these programs. Now we’re making them even better.
Focus Groups will now be limited to FOUR people at a time. This is to increase individual attention in the groups, which were usually capped at either 8 or 12 participants. Our goal is to give more 1:1 attention in focus groups and allow easier access for anyone who wants to emphasize one skill set for awhile.
Nutrition Accountability:
There are two parts to nutritional success: knowledge and accountability. The second one is harder.
In our new program, participants will start with a 30-day personal “challenge.” This will include a full body scan with our new Skulpt tool, and a printed report of body fat distribution and muscle quality.
After the first month, participants attend a personal “check-in” appointment at the start of the month, and have a biweekly accountability measure (yeah, you’re not going to cheat.)
We’ll announce enrollment for Focus Groups and Nutrition Accountability soon. If you want to get on the waiting list, or have questions, just email jessica@catalystgym.com.
