On October 25, 2005, Catalyst opened on Queen St.
On November 1, 2015, Catalyst will open another location at 136 Wellington St. East (the former St. Mary’s College.)
The facility will include a full gymnasium, equipped with Catalyst gear, as well as a football field, change rooms with showers and a classroom for Ignite.
To best serve our new downtown neighbors, Catalyst classes will be offered at the following times Monday to Friday:
6:30am
7:30am
Noon
Class times at Catalyst on White Oak will remain the same.
We’ll reassess those class times in January.
Catalyst members can use their membership to attend either location, but Open Gym hours won’t be available on Wellington St. (yet.)
Private training for sports teams will be offered by appointment at 6, 7 and 8pm. – SPACES ALREADY FILLING FAST!
Personal training will be available by appointment all day (most PT will take place at our new PT space in the White Oak location, but we’re flexible.)
