Though I often show up for group classes to see my friends, most of my training is actually done 1:1 with my cycling coach. He writes my programs for me. They show up on my bike computer during rides. Then, when the ride is done, the data from the ride is uploaded to an app. He checks my results and writes a plan for the following week. In the winter, we ride together through Zwift.
