Silver Belles is a specialty group for women aged 50+ of all levels of ability and fitness experience, designed to help keep you moving independantly and live your best life right now. Meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays, this 6 week program will empower you to safely lift weights and perform bone-building movements, so you can continue enjoying your active lifestyle.
Coach Brandon Vernelli will help you become more comfortable with different types of weights and exercises, while being mindful of any injuries or mobility limitations.
The Silver Belles group fitness program is a safe and fun way to develop functional strength, improve energy levels, coordination and balance, and meet like-minded ladies to share your fitness journey with.
Lift and Lunch at Feeding your Soul!
There is no better way to share that adventure than over lunch with your group of lifting ladies. Just next door to Catalyst Fitness at Feeding Your Soul Cafe, Mary Greenwood has created a special Silver Belles ‘Lift and Lunch’ special. Her menu also features daily fresh baking, gluten free offerings, coffee, tea and smoothies in the coziest cafe in town.
Group starts on September 4th and runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm.
