Today's warmup: Slosh Pipe Relay!

In a Zercher hold (cradled in your elbows,) carry the slosh pipe across the lot to your teammate, who'll carry it back. 

Workout – in teams of two:

Run 400m together

100 Wall Ball

Run 400m together

100 Pushups

Run 400m together

100 situps

Run 400m together

200 squats.

During the rep work, only one partner may move at a time.
