Are they tired of listening to you rant about CrossFit?  This is your chance to expose them – free – to the world of coached fitness.  Best part: if you bring 'em, you're in free TOO!

You can bring your buddy to either CrossFit Group today:9am, or noon.  Coop's coaching at 9; Adrian's got the noon group.  It's time to spread out and expand the family!
