BEGINNER LEARN TO RUN 5km, OR IMPROVE YOUR 5KM TIME!
Mondays at 6pm
Saturdays at 8:30am
Location: Catalyst Fitness, 498 Queen St.
The Beginner Group is terrific for those seeking to run their first 5k race (or improve their running stride and efficiency.) This group will finish just in time for Run The Great Lakes, our hometown Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k race. Zero experience necessary. We'll give you all you need: running plan, food guide, and group workouts.
BONUS: 7 CrossFit Group Punch Cards!
Duration: 7 Weeks, $169 (plus GST.)

INTERMEDIATE RUN YOUR FIRST 10km RACE, OR IMPROVE YOUR PERSONAL BEST!
Mondays at 7pm
Saturdays at 9:30am
Location: Catalyst Fitness, 498 Queen St.
The Intermediate Group is for runners who are currently capable of running 5km, and wish to stretch their distance to 10km or improve their current 10km race time. Focusing on stride improvement and speed work, the Intermediate Group will also delve into CrossFit training methods for strength and power.
