With a partner, alternating rounds:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
115 pound Push press, 10 reps
10 KB Swings, 1.5 pood
10 Box jumps, 24 inch box

This morning, we're opening up for the survivors: the 9am group. That's it for the day. Entry by punch card!

Tomorrow: normal hours.  Monday: 6am-3pm.

Happy Starting Line Day! Today's the day a lot of your non-CrossFit friends will be looking to make a change in their life. Some will join a gym; some will sign up online for the Special-K newsletter. Some will resolve, and fizzle. They're not weak. They just don't know which steps to take; how to choose 'bright spots,' or how to do effective goal-setting. This morning, we'll post a worksheet to help you – AND them – set goals for 2011.
