50 Handstand Pushups

Then: Clean Ladder (M:135; W:95lbs)

1 Clean the first minute, 

2 Cleans the second minute,

Continuing for as long as possible.

When you stop doing cleans, substitute with pushups

(10 on the 10th minute, 11 on the 11th, etc.)

When you stop doing pushups, substitute for squats.

Continue for as long as possible.
