In teams of two, perform as many rounds as possible in 30:00:
Partner 1: row/run 400m
partner 2 complete as many rounds as possible while partner 1 is running of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 wallballs
When partner 1 is done they pick up where partner 2 left off.
Score is total rounds completed.
