Don’t have a teammate? You will.
Today at noon, we’ll have some guests: local High School phys. ed. teachers and coaches will be trying their first workout. We’ll be reserving the ‘back gym’ for their exclusive use. They’ll learn what a CrossFit class really looks like, participate in a WOD, and then have a Q+A. If your kid has been doing “CrossFit” in gym class…well, they haven’t. Invite their teacher to this seminar.
