10 pushups
1 full shuttle run
alternate partners as quickly as possible for 20:00. All athletes stop and do 10 burpees at the 5:00 mark, 10:00 mark and 15:00 mark.
Today at 8am, we welcome the 21 athletes of “Couch to CrossFit”! If you’re in that group and prefer to stick around for the 9am class, you’re welcome to watch OR participate.
