Amazing day yesterday: 300lbs deadlifts by Charity Henson (bw 132lbs,) 300lbs by Jo Bailey (bw 142lbs); Karl Kennedy-Lillie hit a huge PR: he's going back to school, and his teacher is going to be Steph Parniak! Woo hoo!
