Front Squat x 5 – Deadlift x 15 (same weight, unbroken set) – 5 rounds
Then:
4 minutes of burpees
Rest 1:00
3 minutes of burpees
Rest 1:00
2 minutes of burpees
Rest 1:00
1 minute of burpees
