OnRamp starts Monday – it's our Introduction to CrossFit! Coached by Whit and Mitch, you'll build up to CrossFitter over a month, starting from the very basics. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings at 6pm; Saturday mornings at 8am. You can register online here, or call 705-256-1344.
