Handstand walk w/ partner (scale to wheelbarrow or walking plank on your elbows) 30′
Box Jumps x 20
Each partner performs once, then switch partners. Get as many total rounds as you personally can in 20 minutes.
10am:
Rowing for Racing, with Ray.
10am/11am: Varsity athletes, bring a hockey jersey and toque. We’re going to do a fun little video!
