Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:
11 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
2 Deadlifts, 315 pounds
10 Handstand push-ups
At noon today, Catalyst Family members competing in the CrossFit Open will have their last chance to tackle Event 12.1 – 7 minutes of max burpees for time.
There are strategies everywhere, but one of the BEST things you can do to help: show up and cheer. Support makes burpees easier.
