The 2014 CrossFit Open starts tonight with an announcement in Atlanta! What will tomorrow’s workout be? Tune in to the CrossFit Games site at 8pm EST, and watch for a familiar face in the crowd!
If you’re doing the Intramural Open, you still need to register on the Games site before you can get points for your team! Register here, select CrossFit Catalyst as your affiliate, and then show up tomorrow!
Groups for the Open will run at 7am, noon, 5:30pm and 7pm tomorrow. First come, first served; be warmed up and ready when the bell goes!
