WHY:The bear complex is a favourite in the muscle building world, its series of lifts challenges the entire body and requires a good deal of midline stabilization for completion. Today you will be doing 10 rounds with a :30 min rest after every round. The rest is to ensure you can use a challenging weight but also maintain good form. This workout will be come very anaerobic and there will be breakdown in the muscle fibres requiring the metabolism to speed up to repair it. The workout will be completed in the gym but your body will reap the benefits for over 24 hours after.
