For 20 minutes:
Odd minutes: Perform max burpees
Even minutes: Perform max pistols
Mobility!
WHY: Although it may not look like it, this is a interval workout. 10min of the workout will be spent doing max sets of burpees which are going to push you to your max. The even-numbered minutes have a high-skill movement, pistols. As long as you scale properly you should have no problem completing at least 6 pistols with lots of time to rest. This short rest period will be enough at first but as the workout goes on you wont be able to recover as efficiently, slowing the burpees down. Aim high and get as many burpees as you can each round! This is a good test of how well you recover. Pay attention to what round the burpees drop off; next time we do this workout you can try and improve your score.
