Box jumps Four rounds for time of:
7 Muscle-ups
225 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
Walking Lunge, 30 steps

Yesterday, we spent 3 hours with Gavin Grant. There was so much good info in the first 4 minutes that I asked him for a break so that we could go practice; he said, "sure!" and then talked for 20 more minutes. Most of it is on video. For the 30 Family members who attended, though, there was plenty more that went on behind the scenes, including Gavin's sub-7:00 2000m row….Wow.

Gavin's last recommendation: go to the Concept2 website today. Give yourself 60 minutes. Start, if you like, in the CrossFit area.

Concept2 certainly adds to your CrossFit experience. But from my own perspective – a guy who sold Concept2 a decade ago – CrossFit has certainly swelled the ranks of the indoor rowing enthusiast, just like it's resuscitated the OLY sport at the grassroots level.
