CrossFit Games Open 12.3

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
15 Box jumps, 24" box 
115 pound Push press, 12 reps 
9 Toes-to-bar

The third workout from the CrossFit Open,  "12.3" features a lot of our strengths at Catalyst! 15 box jumps aren't many; the push press weight is medium; and most can link 9 toes to bar. 

Not doing the CrossFit Open? Try it anyway, at 7am, noon and 7pm with the CrossFit Groups! Come in the early evening and cheer for the Green Army (our competitive team) at 5:30! The team is currently ranked 30th in Canada East, and must be in the Top 30 to qualify for Regionals…we're on the bubble! Can we move up this week? Yes.

In the world outside CrossFit (yes, it DOES still exist!) Brent Fryia is slated to fight Bo Harris at Freedom Fight.
