Last night was the largest showing we’ve ever had for an Open workout at once. It was a great time, especially when everyone got into cheering and making noise. Spectators CAN help, and it’s your duty to do so. A little yell can get anyone back on the bar.
On Sunday, a few people will repeat the WOD, and several others will do it for the first time. See you at noon.
