It’s another week of do-overs. Some learned to kip their pullups since their first attempt; some (like me) want to try the Scaled version as well as the Rx’d. Get your name on the board!
Scaled athletes are welcome to set up two bars for the competition.
Looking for Open Gym time? No problem – there’s nothing going on between 10 and 12, and you can use the “track” area while Open workouts are taking place.
