WHY: this workout starts off with two simple exercises. This means you can go quickly with little or no breaks. By the time you get to the DU’s you’re going to be tired making this skill a lot more difficult. Practicing skills while tired is the best way to find out how good you really are at that particular skill. This workout will have a very aerobic effect on those who can keep the DU’s consistent. If needed switch to singles to keep up the pace.
