Warmup: POSE drills, 200m sprints x 5

Team workout: in teams of 2 or 3, run with the log on your shoulders. Stop at each phone pole and press the log from shoulder to shoulder (overhead) 20 times (10/side.)  Turn at the end of the street and return. AMRAP 20:00 (shoulder presses.)
