Why? “Jackie” is a classic bench mark workout. It’s the perfect length in that it’s just short enough to give you no reason to stop. Pace the row but power through the thrusters and pullups. Set a goal for yourself, maybe your goal is to do the thrusters unbroken, or maybe it’s to link the pullups into 3 sets of 10. Your heart rate is going to remain high the entire workout. The fitter you are the less rest you’ll need during the wod. Take as little rest as possible and scale as needed!
