20 lateral jumps over bar
30 KB swings
WHY:Why Push Press? Push press, unlike the strict press, is initiated at the hips. This gives you the power to press about 30% more over your head. Our last cycle was strict press, you learned to keep your midline tight which is going to be very important in the push press for max efficiency. This cycle is going to focus on building shoulder strength and the best way to do that is to get the technique down now! Start with light weight and build your way up, if you feel your technique is being compromised lower the weight and make those reps count!
