WHY?  This workout is unique in that it increases in weight every round. The first weight should be 30-40% of your 1RM and increase by 5-10% each new round. Wods that are made up entirely of barbell movements are not just physically challenging, they also require some mental fortitude. Putting your hands back on the bar at the beginning of each new cycle is not going to be easy, aim to keep the cycles unbroken for as long as possible to avoid doing extra cleans. There is going to be a lot of muscle breakdown during this workout requiring repair for hours after the workout has ended, giving you a nice boost in metabolism. You better have a big dinner planned!
