In teams of two, one partner runs a lap of the cul-de-sac carrying a medicine ball, while the other performs SDHP with a kettlebell. Clock runs for 12 minutes, and partners switch tasks after each lap. Every minute, on the minute, both partners stop and do 10 pushups.
Penalty: if either partner drops the ball, both must stop and do 10 burpees immediately.
