Tomorrow is “Murph.” You can scale to half (800m run, 50 pullups, 100 pushups, 150 squats, 800m run) or do the full thing. You can partner up. You can row. But you CAN’T miss it! Plan to show at 8:45, and wear outdoor running shoes.
