Ty did it in 6:30 at CASS.  Go beat it!

June 4 is our Midnight 5k run.  Sounds like we have a band lined up, and there will definitely be some Family Time afterward.  But on the weekend before (May 30) is another great run: the Mountain Maple on St. Joe Island.
