Advance Pre-registration for the next round of Catalyst Kids is now underway! Like all our programs, we're now offering a progressive coaching system.  And due to very high demand, we're adding a third night for the younger kids!

Tuesdays will now feature an emphasis on the fundamentals: squats, pushups, running, kipping, climbing, and some running.  They'll still do some basic barbell work, like front squats, but emphasize technique and consistency over intensity.

Wednesdays will start the future Firebreathers of Catalyst on their road.  We'll practice weightlifting every week with age-appropriate loads; we'll do more advanced CrossFit WODs.  Kids should come ready to learn and play more intensely.  We'll also ask that kids demonstrate a skill-specific set of criteria (for instance, "Can you show me a pullup?") 

Thursdays will introduce a new batch of younger kids into the Catalyst family.  Ages 8 and up will learn a wide variety of bodyweight exercises.  The focus will be on learning new skills and practicing them with games and challenges to become consistent.  Kids will run, jump, roll, swing, throw, and push. It's fundamental human movement at its best.
