Today is the start of Mike's VERY popular Beginner Running Group!  You can still sign up until 5:30, when the group starts tonight. 

Tomorrow night: start of the new Youth Groups!  Woo hoo!  We're still looking for youth, aged 9-14, with Type I Diabetes.  They'll participate FREE all summer!
