Tabata Hill Climbs
Run :20, as fast as possible, uphill.
Turn and Walk :10 downhill.
Repeat until you’ve climbed a hill 3x (minimum 500 vertical feet.) Stop the clock after you’ve reached the top of the hill, and descend at a jog. Clock restarts as soon as you reach the bottom.
