Using 75% of the top weight achieved, perform as many reps as possible in 3:00.
Then, AMRAP in 15:00:

Kids’ Camp starts today! 9am-3pm. 9-12-year-olds this week; next week, we add the 5-8-year-olds group!
We’re open tomorrow from 7am-1pm. CrossFit groups at 7am AND 1pm! We usually don’t stay open for Noon Group on holidays, but tomorrow is special. We’re participating in a Go Canada! workout to benefit Canadian athletes headed to the CrossFit Games. No donation necessary (we’ve already made it.) The workout was designed by Greg Amundson, original CrossFit fire breather, and looks–in his words–‘spicy.’
