Tomorrow is the start of Barbell Bettys II, our strength-trainng course for women only. Barbell Bettys I focuses on the ‘slow lifts’-the deadlift, squat, and press- and Bettys II focuses on the ‘fast lifts’-clean, jerk and snatch.
