AMRAP in 12:00:
3 Handstand Pushups
9 Box Jumps.
Focus on the bench press begins to shift from metabolic (you run out of gas on the last rep) to nervous system (it just gets too heavy.) 5 reps is a fun mix of energy and strength. Take long rests between sets!
The AMRAP is a VERY fast-paced workout. You’ll need quick transitions between the handstands and toes-to-bar, and then again between TTB and box jumps. It will be tempting to stop before setting up in the handstand again. Give yourself a maximum of 5 seconds per transition.
