Yesterday, we posted our Junior Varsity Progression with the intro, “Sports don’t make kids fit.” We believe in helping kids find and express their athleticism BEFORE turning them loose into competition. This helps avoid injuries and burnout, and increases long-term success in sport. More to come in a feature to be published in CrossFit Journal. For now, here’s our progression chart for Junior Varsity (8-12.)
