In pairs, each partner does 10 rounds (alternating.) While one partner is completing their round, the other is hanging from the bar. For every time the partner hanging comes off the bar before the round is complete, each will complete 3 burpees at the end. Creativity is encouraged.

The purpose here is to build speed through a sense of “social urgency” – don’t let your buddy hang too long. The partner and team workouts we post every weekend are fun by design, but also serve an important purpose: you’ll work harder if your friend needs your help.
This morning is also the Miracle Mile (Colour Run?) at RotaryFest. We’ll be heading down for 9am, so Charity will run the 9am crew through this fun one!
NEXT WEEK, we have a ton of bonuses for the Catalyst Family! It’s the 2014 CrossFit Games in LA, but we’re going to celebrate too. On Thursday, Carolle will lead a magnificent Mobility class at 7am; from there, we’ll be hosting workouts from the CrossFit Games every several hours. Pick one that works for you (or two, or three.) We’ll also find a way to stream the Games live all weekend, and we’ll host a party on Saturday night for anyone who wants to drop in and watch.
