First: 3 rounds of 15 squats, 15 burpees each
Run 500m together
25 Situp/ball passes
25 Overhead squats
25 Wall burpees, alternating partners
A wall burpee is a hollow rock to standing, and then a handstand pushup. Can’t do a HSPU? No problem. Do a stinkbug instead!
After the 9am group, many of us will be taking our kids to the Rotaryfest Colour Blast (formerly the Miracle Mile.) Hitch a ride down to the waterfront!
