2 rounds :
Partner 1: Run 400m
Partner 2: 25 Wallballs, 25 box jumps
Partner 1 cannot start wallballs until partner 2 has completed wallballs and box jumps
then: 2 rounds each
partner 1 run 400m
partner 2: 50 DU’s, 25 pull-ups
partner 1 cannot start DU’s until partner 1 has finished
2 rounds: partner 1: run 400m
partner 2: 15 C+J (115/85)
Partner 1 cannot start C+J until partner 2 has finished
– OR –
