This week, you'll be tapering back on volume a bit. If you still think it's too much, though, scale the workouts or manipulate rest days accordingly. For instance, I feel best if I have solid sleep and a day off two days out; I like to have a training day immediately before a competition. You may be different. Stick with what you know.
