Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:
5 front squats (155/105)
15 KB swings

Tomorrow, come in for mobility/yoga with Taryn while we move all the gear out to Runway Park. The Big Build starts in 24 hours, even if the Games start in 48 – thanks in advance to Dave and the crew!
