Carolle has many talents. One is being incredibly strong (see above.) The other is taking care of herself-and others. Our original Supple Leopard, Carolle is leading a one-hour “feel better” mobility class today at 9am. We call it Sunday Morning Salvation, and it’s as necessary to your health and performance as eating food.
