In teams of two (one partner moving at a time:)
115-lb. front squats, 21 reps
115-lb. push presses, 21 reps
115-lb. front squats, 15 reps
115-lb. push presses, 15 reps
115-lb. front squats, 9 reps
115-lb. push presses, 9 reps
Partners can collaborate on the double-unders, but must alternate the front squats and push presses.
Example: I can do 30 of the 100 double-unders, and Robin does the rest. But when I start my 21 front squats, I have to complete all 21 before she can start her 21 front squats, even if I have to rest.
