Today, I’m in a US federal prison for a powerlifting meet. You’re squatting heavy, too. Coincidentally, “CrossFit Total” was my first CrossFit workout. We weren’t a CrossFit affiliate yet; I was still powerlifting (see yesterday’s post.)
Start at 9am. Continue until 10:30, max. You have three attempts to hit a max in each lift (but unlimited warmups; Coach Esther will give you the best possible sets and reps to build to a max.)
Open Gym will begin at 10:30 today.
