White Oak WOD:
Work up to max Clean and Jerk for the day
then: EMOM 5 mins – 1 rep@80%
Then, 5 rounds for time:
10 Hang Power snatch (95/65)
20 WallBalls
Downtown WOD:
(not sure what this all means? Don’t worry about it. Just show up and we’ll coach you!)
2x (200m run, 10 pull-ups, 10 burpees, 10 V-sits)
Strength: Power clean warm up then 5-5-5-5-5, then max push-ups in 2 minutes
Stamina / Work Cap:
2 rounds: Run 800m, 25 burpees. Rest 5 min and hydrate between rounds.
Reboot starts tonight at 8pm!
